Our Story

Snowcoder was born from firsthand experience with the challenges of ServiceNow development. Our founding team spent years as ServiceNow architects and consultants, witnessing the same problems repeatedly:

• Junior developers struggling to understand GlideRecord APIs and platform-specific patterns.
• Experienced developers wasting time on boilerplate code and documentation lookups.
• Projects delayed due to avoidable bugs and performance issues.
• Organizations unable to find enough skilled ServiceNow developers.
• Teams drowning in documentation work—PRDs, specs, wireframes, diagrams—taking weeks before coding even begins.
• Inadequate test coverage due to time constraints and manual test creation overhead.

When we saw the potential of AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot, we realized there was an opportunity to build something specifically for the ServiceNow ecosystem. Generic tools don't understand ServiceNow's unique architecture, APIs, or best practices. We set out to change that.

We realized AI could do more than suggest code—it could generate complete project documentation, technical specifications with wireframes, and test suites. By automating these time-consuming tasks while keeping humans in control through approval workflows, we're transforming how ServiceNow teams work.
